AirLock - Coyote Design's AirLock is a dual suspension pin system.  The lock connects your prosthetic to the liner using a pin at the distal end of the sleave. The AirLock is airtight which creates suction in the socket creating a more intimate fit.

“My past prosthesis, how they worked for me, were not anywhere near as good as this new one from Rehab Systems. Part of the problem is I have a bone out here on the edge that is really tender. Rehab Systems has tried to build me a different prosthesis to help protect that bone. I now have the support out on the end like I used to before I lost my foot. Before when I walked on uneven ground, I had to walk on the heel and make sure I was on the back part of my foot. Now I am starting to walk and do things on uneven ground, more with the toe, like I did before I had the accident. My Rehab systems brace has enabled me to do that where the other braces would just bend and not give a tremendous amount of support.”
